I was expecting to see an affordable diet plan for my cat
If the raw food contains bones, that contains stuff that can cause urinary crystals in the long run apparently and the meat too is if it’s one that has more phosphorus it doesn’t help I think
My cats always have kibble available, and they eat whatever the catch. Birds, lizards, etc.
I can’t afford that raw food option – I have 4 cats and only one who is prone to getting stones. My cat had his second surgery yesterday. I just can’t take the chance. The vet says that if the food isn’t pH balanced, he will likely develop more stones. Its scary. I have too many cats to monitor bathroom breaks and when they are going to go to the bathroom.
